How w to weld between silver and silver faster?

Share us:
It is very important to observe the joint before the light. Otherwise, the welding may fail and the welding will have to be performed again.

The welded metal and flux must be kept clean to ensure that there is no grease, and the weld must be cleaned and covered with flux, otherwise the flux will not flow into the weld after melting.

· Flux plates of different sizes should be placed on paper after cutting, so that they can be kept clean and not easily lost.

· Close or weaken the strong light source so as to observe the color change of the heated metal well.

· The amount of flux should be appropriate, as even a small piece of flux can fill a long weld.If the flux is insufficient, you can continue to add.

· The welding flux shall be placed at the joint between two metals to be welded, that is, between the two metals, and shall not be biased to either side.

· After the flux is melted, it will flow to the area with high temperature. The correct welding should be as follows: firstly heat the metal parts and the flux as a whole, and when approaching the flux flux flux temperature point, heat the flux and joint locally with the torch to reach the flux flux temperature point, and then guide the flux solution to flow into the weld with the torch.

· After the welding flux is melted and flows into the weld, the torch should be removed in time. Otherwise, the zinc in the welding flux will be volatilized by excessive heating, and sand holes (pits) will be formed on the surface of silver and in the welding seam.Due to the volatilization of zinc, the temperature point of the flux flux rises, so it is no use to continue to heat it. At this time, a new flux should be placed, so that the welding work can continue.

· Welding hollow metal parts should be more careful to ensure that they do not burst. Therefore, hollow metal parts need to be heated again, should be drilled on the metal parts in advance, so that the air or steam retained in the metal cavity can come out when it is heated and expanded.

· High temperature flux should not be used when welding Argintim silver, but medium and low temperature flux should be used, because the melting point of high temperature flux and Argintim silver is too close.Today, a special welding flux for Argentium silver has been developed and is being used in large quantities.
