Introduction

Copper Phosphor Brazing Filler Metal(0 silver solder) is base on the raw material with the binary alloy of copper-phosphorus. It has good fluidity, low cost, perfect processing property. No need to add flux when brazing copper and copper, and the joint has good strength and close tolerance can be maintained. It is suitable for the field of HVAC system, such as air-conditioners,refrigerators. and evaporator, heat exchanger, water heater, etc.

Packaging

1. It can be made into three shapes:

Round rod: Diameter 2.0/3.0mm; Length: 400/ 457/500mm;

Flat bar: 1.3mm*3.2mm; Length: 400/ 457/500mm;

Square rod: 3.0mm*3.0mm; Length: 500mm;

2. Standard export seaworthy packing: with polyethylene film including drier, put them in carton; 5.67kgs/pvc bag, 11.34kgs/carton box;

3. Based on the customer's different requirements, it can be customized.
