Almost all kinds of welding methods can be used to weld aluminum, but aluminum has different adaptability to various welding methods, and various welding methods have their own application occasions.Gas welding and electrode arc welding method, simple equipment, easy to operate.Gas welding can be used to repair welding of aluminum sheet and castings with low welding quality requirements.Electrode arc welding can be used for the repair welding of aluminum alloy castings.The inert gas shielded welding (TIG or MIG) method is the most widely used welding method for aluminum and aluminum alloys.Aluminum and aluminum alloy sheet can be tungsten arc welding or tungsten pulse argon arc welding.The thick plate of aluminum and aluminum alloy can adopt tungsten poly-helium arc welding, argon-helium mixed tungsten poly-gas welding, fusion poly-gas welding and pulse fusion poly-gas welding.Fusion gas arc welding and pulse fusion gas arc welding are more and more widely used (argon or argon/helium mixture).
